3. Payments and Billing

• When changing or upgrading a plan, you agree to pay the full price of the new plan on the date the upgrade takes effect.
• You acknowledge and agree that all payments made are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to partial usage, dissatisfaction, or any claims filed through Stripe or other third-party processors.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including software, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Elladium Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such content without prior written consent.

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our Services. Services may be suspended or discontinued at our sole discretion.
